Charlotte, NC! Here is your chance to push your dance to the next level. Phillyp Chanlatte will be offering a 5 week Urban Kiz course.
If you are new to kiz, no worries! We will be offering a beginner track to cover the foundations of the dance and have you ready to social dance by the end of the session.
For those with some experience, we will be offering an improvers course. In this class we will be touching on some intermediate moves and concepts, to help take your dance to the next level.
To take the improvers class:
- You must have 6 months cumulative urban kiz experience
- Know your basic movements
- Must take the beginner track
Class Schedule:
Urban Kiz Foundations: 8:00 - 9:00pm EST
Urban Kiz Improvers: 7:00 - 8:00pm EST
Practica: 9:00 - 10:00pm EST

Foundations
Includes Practice (1 class + 1 hour Practica) For those with limited or no urban kiz experience. We will cover the foundation movements and techniques of urban kiz. By the end of the session you will have a strong understanding of the basics of the dance and should be able to social dance. All sales are final.

Includes Foundations + Practica (2 classes + 1 hour Practica) This class is for those with strong understanding of the foundations and is able to execute them. Six months of collective urban kiz training is required to register. Taking the foundations class is also a requirement. We will focus on more advance movements and concepts in this class. All sales are final.
